From 17 to 21 July 2022, the SPTO-WIPO summer course entitled “The protection of intangible assets in the European framework” was held in Santander, directed by Aida Fernández González, Director General of the SPTO.
This seminar has included as speakers Professor Dr. Pilar Montero, Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante and Director of the Magister Lvcentinvs, Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation at the University of Alicante, with a presentation on artisanal and industrial geographical indications, and Professor Dr. Pilar Íñiguez, Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante and Director of the Patents and Digital Innovation Module of the Magister Lvcentinvs, speaking about employment impact of patents.
