Professors Nuria Fernández, Professor of Commercial Law and Director of Trademarks of the Magister, and Pilar Montero, Professor of Commercial Law, Member of the Observatory of Digital Platforms of the European Commission and Director of the Magister Lvcentinvs, have been invited as speakers at a round table on contracting and digital platforms by the Tourism Law section of the Malaga Bar Association, at the 17th edition of the Malaga Lawyers’ Congress held in Marbella on 27 and 28 October.
Professors Nuria Fernández and Pilar Montero addressed the regulations applicable to digital platforms, both nationally and, in particular, the new European Union rules applicable to these digital intermediaries. The round table focused on the problems that these platforms generate in the tourism sector, as one of the fundamental axes of the economy.
