The Department of Commercial Law and Procedural Law of the University of Alicante
informs about the celebration of the next International Congress “Days of Protection of the
Intellectual Property for Plant Innovation and Distinctive Signs of Quality in Europe
en 2023” on May 31 and June 1, 2023 in the Assembly Hall of the New Building
Institutes of the Science Park of the University of Alicante, Campus San Vicente del Raspeig,
Alicante.
This event will be attended by the main institutions, researchers,
associations and law firms specialized in this matter, such as the
World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Community Variety Office
Plants (CPVO), European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), Office
Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Conference
Spanish Association of Wine Regulatory Councils (CECRV), Organization for a network
International Geographical Indications (OriGin), National Institute of Industrial Property
(INAPI) Chile, Origin Spain and associations of breeders and producers.
The format of the congress is face-to-face and online, open to all the public who register
