Prof. Dr. Pilar Iñiguez Ortega, Academic Director of Patents: Technical and Digital Innovations of the Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation, Magister Lvcentinvs, of the University of Alicante has published an article in the latest number 43 of the journal Actas de Derecho Industrial. The article by Professor Iñiguez analyses recent case law on the Thermomix case, particularly regarding the different direction of the previous jurisprudence regarding patent modifications.
